This article provides troubleshooting information for event attendees when participating in streaming sessions such as Eventory streaming and webinar / virtual room.

About browsers supported by Eventory
Please access the site using a network environment that is as stable as possible.
When using a corporate device to participate in the event, security blocks may occur in rare cases. We have confirmed that tethering or changing the network environment may improve the situation.
■ If you cannot hear the audio, please check the following
- Is the browser or tab itself muted?
- Is the volume of the device itself (PC, smartphone, etc.) normal?
- Are there any peripheral devices such as earphones or another audio system (e.g., Zoom) connected to the device?
Please check if there is another application using the camera or microphone, and close it if necessary.
■ If you cannot hear the audio or cannot view the transmission, please check the following.
- Refresh the page (F5), perform a super reload (Ctrl+F5), clear the cache.
- Log in or access the site using a different browser.
- Please try reloading the page or restarting the device.
■ If you notice a large discrepancy between the audio and the screen, please try the following.
- Due to your network connection, the processing may not be able to keep up. If you can select the picture quality, changing to a lower quality may reduce the discrepancy.
- Refresh page (F5), perform super reload (Ctrl+F5), clear cache
■ Before posting to group chats and live questions
- It is possible to post using a mobile app or smartphone, but due to the small screen size, either the broadcast or the chat field may be hidden. Please consider participating using a PC.
- If you choose to post under your own name, the first and last name you have registered in your profile information will be displayed. Please refer to the following article for instructions on how to change your first and last name.
- If you encounter any problems, please try refreshing the page (F5), performing a super reload (Ctrl+F5), or clearing the cache.

■ If you are participating as a speaker with microphone and video on
If you reload the page on the device that is delivering the presentation, the speaker will be temporarily blacked out from the participants' screen. Please reload the page before the start of the distribution as much as possible.
